On July 12, 2025, the Hauchenberg Run took place for the very last time. Since its inaugural edition in 1983, this traditional mountain race had been a staple in the regional running calendar. In the grand finale, many participants lined up at the start, including six runners from SV Oberreute, which represented a strong team result and a fitting farewell for this special race. It is very sad that the Hauchenberg Run will no longer take place in the future – a big thank you to all the organizers, helpers, and participants for so many years of running history.
